GrandLink operates under a General Trading license and supplies a range of products including:

Water conservation products such as water saving shower heads, sensor based faucets, dual flush toilet systems, water filtration systems, and rainwater harvesting accessories.

Eco friendly consumer products including biodegradable packaging materials, reusable shopping bags, compostable food containers, eco friendly cleaning products, and bamboo or recycled household items.

Smart and sustainable technology products such as smart home automation systems, smart plugs, energy timers, EV charging cables and accessories, and solar powered CCTV systems.

General trading products including steel and structural materials, construction and finishing materials, electrical and hardware supplies, solar panels, and energy efficient equipment.

Products may be supplied through direct sales, project based supply, B2B contracts, or coordinated logistics partnerships.


2. Payment Confirmation

Once a payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt.


3. Pricing Policy

All prices displayed on the website are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

Final pricing may depend on factors such as:

  • Product type and specifications
  • Quantity or bulk orders
  • Shipping destination
  • Supplier availability and logistics costs

GrandLink reserves the right to update prices or correct any pricing errors that may appear on the website.

The final price displayed at checkout will be the same price shown on the transaction receipt.


4. Payment Terms

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards in AED.

The price and currency displayed at checkout will match the amount charged to the card.

Customers under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or transact on the website.

5. Delivery and Shipping Policy

GrandLink supplies products primarily within the United Arab Emirates and may also deliver to international locations.

Shipping is handled through third party courier services.

Estimated delivery timelines:

Within UAE: 1 to 2 working days
International delivery: 4 to 10 working days depending on location

UAE delivery fees are charged at a flat rate of AED 10. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Customers should provide complete and accurate shipping information to avoid delays.

GrandLink will not supply goods or services to countries under OFAC sanctions in compliance with UAE regulations.


6. Procurement and Supply Model

GrandLink sources products from:

UAE based manufacturers and distributors
International manufacturers and exporters
Authorized regional suppliers

Orders may be fulfilled through direct supplier shipment, coordinated logistics partners, or drop shipping depending on availability and order requirements.


7. Refund Policy

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product packaging has not been opened
The product remains sealed and unused
The product was delivered damaged or incorrectly

Customers must notify GrandLink and return the product in its original packaging.

If the conditions are met, a replacement product or refund will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

GrandLink reserves the right to reject returns if products have been used, opened, or tampered with.


8. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 45 days depending on the payment provider.


9. Product Information and Accuracy

GrandLink strives to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, and images displayed on the website are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur due to supplier updates, product improvements, or display differences.

In the event of an error in product information or pricing, GrandLink reserves the right to correct the information or cancel the order after notifying the customer.
